Vicki has been with Guardian Angels for Soldier’s Pet for five years. Her role consists of assisting the CA ‘Foster Coordination Liaison” (FCL) in following up with those CA foster homes fostering a furbaby or furbabies on behalf of our organization and ensure on-going communications with the foster home during the foster term. In addition, she has participated at local events helping to spread the word about our organization.
