Facebook and PayPal are partnering to create even more incentive to give – a $7 million match! All donations made through Facebook’s charitable giving tools on #GivingTuesday will be matched up to $250,000 per nonprofit of $20,000 per donor, until the $7 million in matching funds runs out.  The match will begin at 8 AM EST (5 AM PST) on Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2018.

Angels for America Swim Suit Calendars now available

The “Angels for America Swim Suit Calendars 2019” are here! All net proceeds will benefit “Guardian Angels for Soldier’s Pet” and “Clear Path for Veterans” 501c3 public charities that support our military and veterans.

Announcing Our Monthly Giving Program

We are looking for interested parties who are able to contribute $5 or more on a monthly basis to the Guardian Angels for Soldier’s Pet mission of serving our Military and Veteran communities.

If interested, we have an easy way to assist.  Join our group of monthly givers, to be known as: Patriot Supporters.

Donations made by our “Patriot Supporters” will be allocated between our Pet Foster Home “MPA Fund” and our MVP Sanctuary programs.

Patriot Supporters are very important to our efforts and mission.  In fact, they’re the backbone that helps to sustain our work.  And these generous folks are more than just kind, they know that giving monthly allows our organization to spend less time fundraising and more time serving our Military and Veteran Communities.

MPA Fund Needs Your Help

Since Jan 1, 2017 thru May 31, 2017 we have helped a wounded warrior, 9 homeless veterans, and  13 beloved furbabies with total expenditures $7,149:

• Boarding = $6,619,
• Veterinarian Care = $483
• Meds = $47

Currently we have $1,200 remaining in the MPA fund while we are working 4 new requests thus far this week involving temp boarding (up to 14 days) and veterinarian care (vaccinations, exam, and heartworm testing) expenditures from the MPA fund with an anticipated total of $3,000.

Help Us “Raise the Roof” and Build a National Office

Since Guardian Angels for Soldier’s Pet began in January 2005, our “day-to-day operations” have been handled in the CEO’s residence (55-60% of home). Now in 2017 it is time we are working toward establishing an official “national office” to handle these operations with an actual volunteer “Admin Staff” to assist the organization’s CEO.

Today though we are waiting from an estimated cost for a 14’ x 30’ Leland “Chisholm Trail Cabin” from what we know we feel we are at the point that we can officially establish an official “Capital Campaign” to make this project a reality in order to raise $35,000.

Besides being able to have an “Admin Staff” having a separate building, we can meet with other volunteers involved with fundraising in Central TX for the other MVP Sanctuary projects; meet with members of the military and veteran communities and other interested parties. In addition we can plan for activities/events at the MVP Sanctuary.

Matching Gift Program Enhancement

What do Microsoft, Bank of America, IBM, and Verizon all have in common? Each one matches donations made by their employees’ to nonprofit organizations. This means that if you donate, or have donated to, and work for one of these four companies, the company will double your donation. Many major employers offer similar programs. Guardian Angels for Soldier’s Pet have partnered with “Double the Donation” organization to give existing or potential donors the ability to determine if their employer has a “Matching Gift” program.

The MPA Fund Needs Your Help

We are asking those able to contribute to our MPA Fund to help us raise $2,500.00. Between today 27 May 2016 and 14 June 2016 (Flag Day) midnight central time. We are asking help to keep this program going and all donations received during this period will be allocated to the MPA fund.

As of yesterday we have disbursed $3,500 from the MPA fund since 1 January 2016 and after today will be below $1,500 in the fund and we are working on 3 other cases not including the one that came in this morning helping another Homeless Veteran with this furbaby Rufio (veterinarian expense and temp boarding up to 3 weeks) in MO.
